Conference Partner Spotlight InnStyle

InnStyle has been in business since 1952. They began with a retail store called County Linen Center located in Doylestown, Pa. (Bucks County). Their linen store sold linens for Bed, Bath & Dining for the home. They expanded to include custom window treatments and flooring which they offer to this day. Since they had many innkeepers in the local area purchasing from them, they recognized that many innkeepers could not purchase luxury linens in small quantities at wholesale pricing. So they expanded their business nationwide in 1988 called InnStyle. At that time, most suppliers to the hospitality industry only offered products by the dozens and did not offer fashion products. Smaller properties did not have the opportunity to purchase in lower quantities (which they offer) at a wholesale price. They became a distributor for many top companies one of which is Tempur-Sealy Mattress Company. They have expanded their business over the years in offering many products that innkeepers need for their properties.  Their suppliers and our customers recognize that our team offers POS (Positively Outrageous Service) to our nationwide customers.

They appreciate that they are very fortunate to have many loyal customers who understand that they are not just selling products but are offering a personal shopping service. They send samples at their own expense. They ask their customers to feel the fabric, check the colors, test the samples. They will send a UPS call tag to have the samples returned when the customer has made a choice or would like to see other products.

They ask that they are given the opportunity to provide current and potential customers with their services and products. Their customers can view their website, call them for questions and volume pricing or ask them to find a product not seen on their website. They will look for any product that a customer may need and give them their best possible price. They are prepared to do all of the above. If they are not at the lowest price or they cannot find the product that they would like for their property, they understand. But they would appreciate the opportunity to try.

They enjoy their customers as much as the B&B community enjoys their guests. They try to do the best they can for our customers as do the Innkeepers for their guests. They admire the B&B community as they know that they are working 24/7. It cannot be an easy job but they make it look easy and they enjoy the service they are providing to their guests. It is always their pleasure to see their innkeeping customers at conference....to be able to socialize with them in a relaxed atmosphere. They are a very special group of people.
